Planning a wedding in a seaside villa in Tuscany means creating a unique event where the beauty of nature meets the elegance of refined details. For the second reception of a lovely Tuscan couple, we chose one of the most famous seaside villas in Rosignano Solvay, the perfect location to celebrate love surrounded by the sea breeze and the stunning colors of the autumn sunset.

After a religious ceremony in Venice and an intimate dinner in a historic Venetian palace, this second reception was designed to welcome a larger number of guests, offering them an unforgettable experience. The fil rouge of the event was the autumn sea, with a color palette inspired by soft shades of blue and warm orange, reminiscent of the sea waves and the glowing sunset.

The reception tables were set with elegant white and blue linens, floral arrangements featuring “Cappuccino” and “Combo” roses in soft sand and peach tones, and a modern yet sophisticated mise en place with transparent plates, silver details, and wrought iron candelabras, creating a romantic atmosphere.

Upon arrival, guests were welcomed by a wooden welcome sign and seating chart, beautifully decorated with fresh flowers and coordinated lanterns, ideal for seaside wedding settings. The stationery, designed down to the smallest detail, featured a modern yet romantic style, with watercolor illustrations evoking the gentle waves of the sea — perfectly aligned with the theme of the day.

One of the guests’ favorite corners was the Photo Booth with a sea view: a charming vintage lounge setup with a sofa and small table adorned with autumn floral arrangements, where friends and family could take memorable photos and leave a message in the guestbook for the couple. This corner was later transformed into the perfect backdrop for the wedding cake cutting, offering a breathtaking view of the sea at sunset for a truly emotional moment.

Of course, a candy and favor table could not be missing: transparent glass jars of various shapes and sizes, along with handcrafted scented candles placed in ceramic containers. Each favor was carefully wrapped using the ancient Japanese technique of Furoshiki, which involves elegantly wrapping gifts in fabric, making them even more unique and meaningful.

Planning a seaside wedding reception in Tuscany requires attention to detail, the ability to enhance the beauty of the surroundings, and a perfect harmony between design and nature. This project, curated in every detail, is proof of how a wedding planner can transform a seaside villa into a dreamy setting to celebrate love.
