A Balloon Art Setup for a 30th Birthday

A Magical Atmosphere in an Orangery Greenhouse

We created a balloon art setup for a 30^th Birthday that transformed a charming orangery greenhouse in the province of Venice into a dreamlike setting, perfect for a summer party filled with elegance and vibrancy.

The setup was designed to reflect the lively personality of the birthday celebrant, using a bright and cheerful color palette: yellow, fuchsia, orange, and teal. These tones, ideal for a summer birthday, helped create a joyful yet sophisticated atmosphere.

The greenhouse’s ceiling was illuminated by a sky of fairy lights, adding an extra touch of enchantment to the venue. To enhance the aerial decor, balloon clouds and hanging ribbons introduced movement and lightness, wrapping guests in a magical ambiance.

One of the most scenic areas of the evening was undoubtedly the Photo Booth, designed to offer an immersive and unforgettable experience. The backdrop featured arch and sail-shaped structures, colorful cylinders, organic balloon art compositions, and a large number 30 in polystyrene, symbolizing this milestone celebration. To make the evening even more special, an LED sign reading “Let the Party Begin” illuminated the dance floor area, creating the perfect setting for the night’s festivities.

Attention to detail defined every aspect of the setup. Even the tables were decorated with balloons matching the event’s color palette and vibrant fabrics, perfectly aligning with the evening’s theme. This added to the immersive experience, transforming the dinner into a visually stunning and refined moment.
